We are a family owned and operated assisted living home. We are located in a great neighborhood in beautiful Tucson, Arizona. Our home is licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services.

What we provide

At Extended Family we provide your loved one assistance with the activities of daily living. What this means is that we provide assistance in doing all the things we do on a daily basis from bathing, dressing, eating, social activities, using the bathroom, etc. In addition, we provide medication administration and record keeping.
